Once upon a time...
Brother of the caterer, Pascal BOUVE, a civil servant, often helped the latter to repair his broken or dysfunctional refrigerated display cases in his free time.
It was at the dawn of his 27th birthday that he decided to launch his own food equipment maintenance and repair company.
With the development of his business and to respond to the numerous requests from his customers, he had a bright idea: “What if I rented my own second-hand furniture?”
His entrepreneurial and daring philosophy, his passion and his investment still form the basis of Loca Service today.

AN ICONIC YEAR!
A year punctuated by the election of François Mitterrand, the broadcast of the first episode of Dallas and the death of Georges Brassens! It was that same year that Pascal Bouve decided to leave the security of his civil servant position to create his refrigerated furniture repair company: BOUVE BOUVINES.
IT ROLLS FOR RENTAL!
The company is growing and begins to respond to rental requests for trade shows and mass retail stores.
To meet the constraints of these new customers, Pascal and his team are offering the first refrigerated cabinet on wheels available for rental.
BIRTH OF LOCA SERVICE
BOUVE BOUVINES becomes LOCA SERVICE and specializes in the rental of refrigerated display cases, abandoning other activities.

Concerned about the environmental impact of its products and sensitive to decarbonization issues, Loca Service is a pioneer in the design of low-consumption furniture. We offered the first closed cabinet in 1998, more than 25 years ago!
THE FIRST AGENCY!
To better meet the needs of a growing customer base, Loca Service is setting up its first agency in La Bassée (59), on the former Jean’s Levis production site. 10 other agencies have subsequently opened over the last 20 years!
OPENING OF THE TECHNICENTRE
Transformation, repair, adaptation, renovation… Between preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, the technicentre integrates all the trades necessary for the proper functioning and optimization of our furniture fleet: refrigeration engineers, electricians, bodywork repairers…
CREATION DU LABO R&D
Innovation is one of the founding values of Loca Service. The creation of the Research and Development department marks an intensification in the design of new, unique and disruptive products and services.
LEADING RENTER AND MANUFACTURER!
Opening of our production site: Hydracooling. Located in the heart of the “fridge Valley”, this beautiful factory now has nearly 100 employees who are experts in the manufacturing of refrigerated display cases, and relies on cutting-edge tools and technologies.
FROM PASCAL TO AURELIEN
Aurélien Bouve bought his father’s business at the age of 29. Loca Service keeps its philosophy and family values, while accelerating its development.
The company initiates its diversification strategy.

Loca service is launching a major IOT technological innovation under the ICE-CONNECT brand. The refrigerated display becomes connected and autonomously transmits data and reports on its electricity consumption and cold production! A real turning point in preventive maintenance.
SOLU-KIT, your logistics partner
Drawing on its logistics expertise and its close national network, Loca Service created SOLU-KIT: an entity specializing in logistics services, with a complete range of services: storage, delivery, but also assilage, reconditioning, etc.

A new branch is created, specializing in new technologies and IoT development.
CONNECTY-SMART offers connected objects, platforms and human-machine interfaces (HMI) as well as integration solutions, in various fields such as embedded cold or smart buildings.
